The Pittsburgh Steelers, originally known as the Pittsburgh Pirates, have played 93 seasons since 1933, compiling a 691-592-22 record. The franchise has reached the playoffs 66 times, posted a 36-30 postseason record, and won six Super Bowls while producing legends such as Ben Roethlisberger, Franco Harris, and Hines Ward. In 2025, their season ended with a 30–6 Wild Card loss to the Houston Texans, marking a seventh straight postseason defeat and extending the team’s playoff win drought to nine years.
